Dr Mustafa Ebrahimjee

Dr. Mustafa Ebrahimjee is a UK trained General Practitioner originally from Kenya (Africa). He obtained his medical degree in Kenya, after which he worked for a charitable health clinic as a solo health practitioner for 3 years before relocating to the UK to pursue further training and become a GP.
In the UK, Dr. Ebrahimjee worked in the NHS (National Health Service) for 17 years, with 13 of those years serving as a General Practitioner. During his time there, he underwent additional training, acquiring a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRCOG UK) and a Certificate in Medical Education. He took on responsibilities of supervising and training medical students and doctors in GP training.
Having moved to Australia in 2019, Dr. Ebrahimjee is now a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He has a strong passion for medical education and currently serves as an academic Mentor at Melbourne Medical School.
Dr. Ebrahimjee boasts diverse experience as a GP, having practiced in different continents of the world. His areas of particular interest include general adult medicine, sexual health, and men’s health. Notably, he has also been actively involved in COVID-19 pandemic response, working extensively in Covid testing/screening/vaccination hubs, and continuing to provide weekend services in GP respiratory clinics.
